Fall Apart

We all Fall Apart,

And we all do it similarly,

As much as we’d like to think we are handling a one-of-a-kind crisis,

It’s not so,

We all feel upset,

We are all disappointed at our very own self,

We all try to do our very best,

We all go to bed thinking the battle is over and that tomorrow would be a new day, only to realise it’s the same fight all over again.

We don’t crash all of a sudden,

We break little by little,

We get hurt, we brush it off,

We feel hopeless, we shrug it off,

We get on the verge of a break down, we suck it up and move on,

The heart can not fix itself forever, and so one day – we crash.

Wondering how we never saw it coming.

We fall apart little by little,

And we can get back up, only little by little,

Recovery takes time.

Give yourself time to recover,

Stay on the course,

Be kind to yourself.

Fall back on God every time you fall apart,

Only His love can put you back together.

He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
