Over the waves

Thus far you shall come and no further, Said He, to the oceans raging. Thus far you shall come and no further, Said He, to my chains of past. For as the waves come crashing over and over, So does His grace come crashing over and over me.

For as far as the horizon is from the shore, So far has He cast my sins away. Do the waters remember, The day He walked over them?!, The day He said to his trembling disciples, Fear Not, It is I?!
