Strange Strength

There is found,

A strange kinda strength,

In those who have wailed in the darkness and then learnt to dance right in the middle of it.

Those have been laid low for so long, and yet, somehow learnt to Love like they have never been hurt before.

Oh yes, strange indeed!

To hold on to hope, when happiness seems far far away,

To stay the path, when success seems to be going the opposite direction,

It is strange, isn’t it!?.

For we set our eyes on things of above,

And content with things of today,

For tomorrow we shall go home,

And there, our joy will be complete.

Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
