Be healed

Willing to be healed, Doesn’t by any means justify or belittle the hurt. Healing is not about closure or having the offender come to their senses. Healing is about you, and you alone, One can even call it selfish, I would call it self-love! For you to deny yourself healing, Mandating yourself to go through the same horror every time the memory is triggered- Whom are you punishing for the trauma!? Your own poor self!? Make room for healing, Leave the hurt in the scarred hands of Jesus. He gets your hurt, He understands how it feels when they don’t even know that they have hurt you. He gets that! Give him your hurting heart, Tears, fears and all. Let his love envelope you and wash away the pain. Remember, You are healed now. You got hurt, You healed and now you are happy. Don’t let the devil convince you otherwise. Don’t go back to square one. Its over, You are done with that hurt. You have moved on. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
