Shall not!

Sin shall not have dominion over you! Said He,

The Lord of all, The one who made sure, Heaven’s gate, stood open for all. Sin shall not have dominion over you! Said He,

Over Calvary’s cruel cries, Over lashes from the Roman’s whip, Over blood that drenched the land. Sin shall not have dominion over you! Said He,

On bended knee, When He prayed in Gethsemane, Father, not my will, but thine and thine alone. Sin shall not have dominion over you, He whispers even today,

To my weary soul, Reviving me with strength, Until I reach His blessed throne.

For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.
